3.5 Stars - Worth a Reader's Time
I enjoyed Hunter and Megan's story and thought his pursuit of her was incredibly romantic. This is honestly a book that I wanted to give a solid 4 stars to, but I just couldn't do it. The issue that caused my problem was how story lines for other characters were introduced into this book. The Abbott family is a large one and you expect to see family members popping in and out of each other's books and Ms. Force usually does an excellent job of blending the prior and upcoming story lines into the current work. Unfortunately, there were places where the introduction of the story line for the next book in the series felt forced.
In theory, this is a stand alone work. Given the complexity and size of the cast of characters, I would suggest reading some if not all of the other books in the Green Mountain series before taking on And I Love Her.
